Measures slide fastener chains and cuts excess scoops (links)
from chains to shorten chains to specified length: Measures
chain against bench mounted ruler to determine number of scoops
to remove.
Cuts each scoop from tape, usnig pincers.
Rubs scoops
against edge of bnech to remove them from tape. Cuts tape
betewen chains to form individual zipper, using scissors.
Examines zippers for broken or missing scopos and discards
defective zippers. May count and record number of zippers
produced.
